Established in the year 1957, V.A.S.Palappa Nadar Sons known for its traditional salt manufacturing, trading and export business of common salt. It soon leveraged its success to become one of the reputed manufacturer and exporter of Refined salt and Iodised salt all over the globe.

We are empowered by a comprehensive knowledge about the production process & a sound infrastructure which enable us to deliver high quality products that have consistent properties and provide 100% satisfaction in each application.

Our mission is to produce premium quality products for the benefit of our clients as we believe that “Quality is the best way of eliminating competition”. We are proud to say that our salt passes through radioactive, microbiological, heavy metals test. Our salt is free from GMO and allergens.

Our Infrastructure:

The manufacturing process is done by fractional crystallization in open fields salt pans. Therefore being located in one of the largest salt production bases in India- Tuticorin, in South India; we get a significant advantage. We claim to have one of the best infrastructures in the industry because of our manpower and strong production facility.

Started with an annual production of 3200 MT per annum, our company has grown to handle capacities of up to 25,000 MT raw salt per annum. We have a full- fledged research & development to customized production needs of the customers.
