“It’s natural to be skeptical about anything you want to buy on the internet, specifically sourcing for suppliers whom we have never met nor even knew if it really existed.

I was tasked by our Tokyo office ( having worked with since 1995 up to the present. ) I was strictly instructed to source a company who can adhere to our standards for salt for use in preservation of raw skins for leather, which is to be shipped to Tokyo Japan.

I stumbled upon Mr. Vijay Sekar of V.A.S. Palappa Nadar Sons and other salt suppliers last July 2018. The very quick response of this company surprised me. There were lots of emails exchanged between our companies. This company, I can say, did their best to provide and send the samples and quality we wanted. I understand maybe it is hard or not quite sure if we will end up doing business with them.

Mr. Vijay Sekar tried to produce the quality we want. They have improved from their first shipment so we went to business. I can say that they’re one of a few suppliers we can trust. Trust is very important in our and everybody’s business. This is the core of the company’s success.

Please note that the Orders in the past one year have been satisfactory. The promptness in responding to our requests has been impressive. We did not receive any complaint about the quality or packing from factory side. The price was acceptable and we hope we will get further competitive quotes in the future.
